There is also a village pub, restaurant and shops/post office within walking distance of the cottage. |

walking holidays and cycling holidays. There are fabulous views and
countryside to be discovered along the miles of footpaths, bridleways
and cycle paths that the Isle of Wight has to offer. For those who can resist the lure of the beach there
are a number of activities in nearby Ryde and Puckpool park especially
for children. The well known sailing village of Bembridge is across
the harbour with charming restaurants, shops church and National Trust
windmill. St Helens village green is well known locally for
the village cricket. The playground and open space of the green is an
excellent place for children to let off steam. |
