Bookings are usually taken from Friday to Friday

Shortbreaks available but not normally in school holidays

The property will be ready to be occupied at 3pm on the day of arrival

We ask guests to vacate the property by 10.00 am on the day of departure

We do not provide linen or towels

A £100 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is charged. This is normally refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at time of booking to confirm the reservation. The balance (and £100 refundable deposit) is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
